ANNUAL HOA REGIME FEE

The Wedgewood Place Homeowners Association collects fees to cover the cost of maintaining and landscaping the entrances, street and sign lighting, liability insurance, postal fees, business supplies/expenses, etc. These fees are mandatory for all households as per our bylaws.

The annual fees are set at our annual meeting, usually in late April, each year.

HOA dues are currently at $145.00 per year and are due July 1st of each year. Our fiscal year runs from July 1st to June 30th.

A NOTE ABOUT THE HOA ANNUAL DUES

DUES ARE NOT CONSIDERED PAST DUE UNTIL AFTER JULY 31ST.

If a property is sold, the fees will be pro-rated between the buyer and seller at the time of closing. The Regime Fees are not a discretionary payment. All Homeowners are required to make timely and full payment of the fees as per our By-laws in Article VI or additional penalties and interest will be assessed. The Board is authorized to file a lien or foreclose any lien against the property and the owners for non-payment. A filing/legal fee will also be added to the account.

The Association wishes to avoid filing liens on our neighbors so please make your payments in a timely manner.
