The Wedgewood Place Homeowners Association located in Taylors, South Carolina welcomes you to our website. Established in 1985, we are an Association comprised of 71 contemporary homes just outside in Greenville County near the I85 corridor approximately halfway between Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC.

The neighborhood has two entrances: Monarch Place and Kestrel Court both off Stallings Road and across from Pebble Creek Golf Course. The homes are comprised of ranch and colonial and vary in size from 1400 to 2100 Sq.ft.

About the Region

The location is comprised of rolling hills and wooded areas in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.  The neighborhood is located about 8 miles from downtown Greenville.

The Greenville area has been nationally and internationally recognized for its economic, recreational and cultural resources. It boasts the some of the highest level of foreign capital investment per capita in the nation with more than 240 firms with a global reach, including BMW, Protera, Michelin, G.E., Hubbell Lighting and many more.
